Come join us for a day-long retreat for women: a chance to relax, reset, and renew!  This retreat is for any woman who is looking to connect to others and experience a day of meaningful reflection and personal growth.

“I’ve been to many retreats in my life and this one packed more into six hours than any other one I have attended.  I’m amazed at how much we accomplished in such a short time!” – Marla (Summer 2020 Retreat Participant)

The day will begin with fun action-based activities to introduce the group to one another.  Next we will dive into mindfulness, breath work and movement for grounding and stress relief,  to bring us fully into the present to be our best selves for the day!  The day will progress with small and large group discussions, journaling, and intention-setting.  The afternoon session will feature a large group action-based activity exploring our relationship with ourselves as women followed by discussion and reflection.  We will finish out the afternoon with a fun divination session, choosing a tarot for guidance, and a then a discussion of take-aways.

Please bring a lunch, yoga mat, blankets or a camp chair and a journal. We will be meeting at the rustic and beautiful Rotary Scout Reservation, 279 Davitt Lake Rd, Averill Park, NY in the “Seneca Lodge,” on Davitt Lake.

Any concerns or individual needs for social distancing will be addressed at the start of the day and will be honored including allowance of wearing masks, no touch, and 6-ft distancing.

*New this year:  We are excited to announce that we are now offering a post-retreat follow-up group to continue the group experience and support between retreats!  We will discuss more at the close of the day.

Your facilitators:  Jill Wolski, LCSW, and Winell J Soures, LCSW
