This retreat is for anyone who has been feeling the effects of the current social, political and economic turmoil caused by the pandemic.  We are living in unprecedented times for our lifetimes and feeling some level of anxiety as we look at the world around us and plan for our futures.  Join us as we create a safe and compassionate space to share our experiences, find similarities in our stories as well as differences, hear how others are coping, and find hope.  This retreat is a facilitated group experience to include icebreakers and warm-ups, mindfulness and yoga for groundedness, reflective journaling, and ample time for small and large group discussion.  Facilitators will also teach practical strategies for re-grounding and lowering anxiety.  Group size will be capped at twelve participants to allow for a more intimate experience.
