Come join us for a day-long retreat for women: a chance to relax, reset, and renew.  The day will begin with centering and intention-setting for the day, followed by meditation, mindfulness in nature, and gentle yoga for stress relief in the morning session.  The afternoon session will provide a facilitated sociodrama on a topic chosen by participants, journaling and ample time for discussion and reflection. This Retreat is for any woman who is looking to connect to others in this time of social distance and have meaningful connections with others outside of our families and Zoom chats.  Please review our social-distance policy for all our retreats.  Your safety is our priority as we also provide you with the needed opportunity to connect!

Early Bird General Admission is $145, General admission is $160
