Psychodrama
The term “psychodrama” refers to a range of action methods that examine problems or issues raised by an individual. It is different from a sociodrama in that a psychodrama examines real-life scenarios from an individual’s life, not hypothetical social scenarios.
Our psychodrama group is a closed group that opens to new participants only twice a year to provide greater intimacy for participants. Similar to a sociodrama, a psychodrama facilitates insight and personal growth, clarifies issues, increases physical and emotional well being, enhances learning and develops new skills.
